The Butterfly Effect🦋

Hi 🦋! 

Welcome to my store, Chrysalis to Wings. The title of this blog, and the name of my shop ties together. We’re on this journey, this crazy, roller coaster journey with the Lord. But, so much happens in our lives before we accept Jesus Christ as our own personal Lord and Savior, then it just seems that so much more happens once we do accept Him. We’re all that caterpillar that’s crawling on a tree branch. Then when we accept Jesus, God tells us to stop where we are, and we begin to form our chrysalis. While in the chrysalis, this is where the crazy journey starts. It’s in the chrysalis where God begins to remove the pain, bitterness, resentment, anger, strife, pride, hurt, lack of trust, idolatry, hatred, greed, lust, rebellion, etc.....things that are not of God. And, this happens when we allow Him to. When we surrender, I mean, fully surrender, to Him, the transformation from the caterpillar to the butterfly is taking place. We will begin to emerge out from our chrysalis, ready to spread our wings, to get closer to the One Who created us. We begin to fully trust in Him, and allow Him to guide on us where He wants us to go. 

This is a crazy and painful journey, but so worth it. Time for you to spread your wings!
